Executive Coaching & Leadership Development
Lead What Matters. Reclaim Your Wonder.
Moving beyond limits and expectations into a living inquiry of what’s possible.
Wild Wonder 360 is a living inquiry rooted in nature, curiosity, and community. We create spaces where people slow down, listen deeply, and explore life together, so new ways of being can emerge.
Pathways to Deeper Coherence
Aligning You, Your Team, Your Mission, and Your Work
At the root of every thriving system is trust. Just as a forest relies on its underground network to share nutrients and support life, healthy organizations rely on relational trust to align, adapt, and grow.
Our ecological approach to growth uses practical, relational tools to restore coherence across your ecosystem. We work across three core methodologies designed to bridge the gap between human potential and natural wisdom:
1:1 Insight | Executive & Leadership Coaching
Focus: The Individual. A private, nature-inspired inquiry designed to help you navigate transitions, recognize deep patterns, and lead with clarity and presence.

The Co-Laboratory | Group Coaching & Shared Inquiry
Focus: The Team. A collaborative space designed to move groups through the friction of complex challenges and into a culture of shared ownership and connection.

Wayfinder | Strategic Coherence Consulting
Focus: The Organization. A systematic way to bridge the gap between your stated mission and your daily operations, improving your overall congruence and mission impact.

360-Degree Knowledge Principle
The understanding that truth becomes visible only when we listen from every direction. We draw on stories, systems, lived experience, and ancestral insight.
We believe wisdom is a collaborative act. At Wild Wonder 360, we practice a wide way of knowing — weaving lived experience into understanding that is wide enough to hold complexity and deep enough to guide meaningful action.
Combining neuroscience, traditional coaching, metacognitive coaching, and therapeutic modalities with immersive experiences in nature, we help individuals and organizations break free from limitations.
Inclusive of all neurodiversities, generations, and cultures, we guide learning that is experiential, reflective, and rooted in compassion and courageous curiosity.
Shared Inspiration, Wisdom & Curiosity
We’ve learned to speak the language of love fluently, while quietly emptying it of its soul. Is "treating yourself" an act of self-care, or has consumerism simply colonized our emotional vocabulary? When did love stop being a practice and start being a transaction? What kind of world are we feeding with our daily defaults?
Most people think civilization is progressing. What if we are actually just stuck in a trauma loop? As an executive coach and mediator, I’ve spent decades watching high-performers hit a wall. They call it "burnout," "stress," or "market volatility." But after years of looking under the hood of human systems, I’ve realized something far deeper: We aren't failing. We are running on an ancient, inherited codebase that was never designed for our flourishing. It was designed for our survival—by disaster. I’m thrilled to share a first look into the premise of my upcoming book, Programmed for Disaster? In this article, I explore: Why "human nature" is actually a set of inherited patterns. The "Deeper Religion" of familiarity that keeps us stuck in toxic systems. How to identify "The Interrupt"—the precise moment consciousness breaks the cycle. Human beings weren't born broken. We were conditioned into fragmentation. It’s time to stop defending the code and start rewriting it.
We measure human progress through tech and economics, yet our most vital capacity remains largely underdeveloped: our ability to love well. Most of us are still operating on a 19th-century romantic script that expects one person to be our best friend, therapist, co-parent, and primary source of meaning. It’s an impossible burden. In "Love Is Not Something You Find," I argue that: Love is a skill (like literacy or math) that must be practiced. Relationships are places of transformation, not just comfort. Emotional maturity in the home is the foundation for a healthy society. It’s time to stop searching for the "right person" and start becoming the kind of people capable of loving well.
We spend much of our lives auditioning for an audience that does not exist, while ignoring the only presence that has seen the entire show. Not the edited highlights. Not the polished, professional version. The whole, unvarnished, often terrifyingly human performance.
