We believe in the profound potential of personal transformation and in the inherent humanity that unites us all.

Wild Wonder 360 is a Co-Laboratory for mental wellness, personal growth, and collective becoming. We exist because the old ways of fixing, rushing, and separating are no longer working. Many of us were never taught how to truly belong to ourselves, to one another, or to the world around us.

Here, we perceive each individual not simply as a person, but as a living expression of nature that is complex, adaptive, and full of unrealized potential.

Our mission is to help you loosen the grip of limiting attachments and navigate life’s most challenging terrains with curiosity, courage, and care. We offer tools, experiences, and shared inquiry that support greater mindfulness, resilience, and self-trust so you can meet your life with more clarity and choice.

How We Work: An Ecological Approach to Growth

We take an ecological approach to mental wellness, recognizing that well-being is inseparable from our environments, cultures, relationships, and systems. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we prioritize preventative and upstream approaches that address root causes and create sustainable, long-lasting change.

Our work blends the most effective elements of:

  • Neuroscience and Therapeutic Modalities: Grounded in an understanding of how the brain, nervous system, and emotions function.
  • Coaching and Mediation: Practical, relational tools that support growth, accountability, and courageous conversation.
  • Nature and Experiential Learning: Immersive experiences that invite you out of habitual patterns and into direct relationship with yourself, others, and the living world.

Much of our work begins simply with a pause, a question, a shared reflection, or a walk in nature. From there, we explore what wants to be seen, said, or shifted together.

Mark Dockendorff

Mark Dockendorff is an integrator. He is drawn to spaces where things do not quite align. Where values drift from practice. Where leadership separates from humanity. Where vision outpaces embodiment.

He listens for coherence. And for what wants to come back into alignment.

A heart-centered coach with grounded presence and deep intuition, Mark walks beside individuals and organizations on the path toward wholeness. He creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Internally. Structurally. Collectively.

His work lives at the intersection of healing, equity, leadership, and transformation. It is rooted in trust, compassion, and possibility.

At his core, Mark is a bridge. He moves between reflection and execution. Between strategy and soul. Between personal growth and collective responsibility.

He believes sustainable change begins with alignment. Alignment between who we are and how we lead. Between what we believe and how we build. Between systems and the dignity of the people within them.

Expertise and Partnership

Mark is an Internationally Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Certified Mediator. He blends formal training with lived experience.

His education includes certificates in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from UW Green Bay and Leadership and Accountability from Queen’s University. He has also completed advanced studies through UC Berkeley in Mindfulness, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, and the Science of Happiness.

Beyond credentials, his deepest expertise is pattern recognition. He helps individuals and teams see fragmentation clearly and restore connection with intention and courage.

A Systems Thinker with a Learner’s Heart

Mark is a natural lateral thinker. He connects ideas that seem unrelated and reveals deeper patterns beneath them.

He senses misalignment quickly in individuals, teams, and systems. He meets it with inquiry, not judgment, creating space for honesty without fear.

Curious and collaborative, he builds upon collective intelligence rather than centralizing authority. For Mark, leadership is not control. It is coherence.

Rooted in Equity and Connection

Relationships are the heartbeat of Mark’s work. His global perspective was shaped through Up with People’s international equity and cultural exchange program. His lifelong commitment to justice informs every space he holds.

Justice, for Mark, means restored relationship. Between people. Between systems. Between humanity and the natural world.

Whether working one on one or facilitating courageous group dialogue, he centers equity, belonging, and shared humanity. He believes power can be shared. Authority can be humane. Conflict can become clarity.

Mark works across Canada and the United States. Yet his deepest work unfolds in quiet moments. A sudden insight. A courageous conversation. A new way of seeing. Moments where fragmentation softens and coherence becomes possible.

He believes coaching is not about fixing what is broken. It is about revealing your true nature. Remembering the brilliance of who you have always been. Making bold, conscious choices to become more whole, more free, and more alive.
