About Wild Wonder 360
Leadership development grounded in reality.
We exist because the old ways of leading are burning people out. Many leaders were never taught how to manage their own energy, build true trust with their teams, or make decisions with a clear head.
At Wild Wonder 360, we take a different approach. We view you as a whole person. We combine practical business strategy with deep reflection to help you lead with purpose and resilience.
We offer tools, experiences, and coaching that support greater mindfulness and self-trust. Our goal is to help you meet your professional challenges with clarity and choice.
Our Vision
We envision a business world where leaders operate with deep curiosity and genuine care. By building self-awareness in individuals and teams, we help organizations create fairer, more connected, and more resilient workplaces.
How We Work
Neuroscience, Mediation, and Leadership
We look at the root causes of friction in your work and life, rather than just treating the symptoms. Our approach blends three practical areas:
- Neuroscience and Psychology: Understanding how your brain and nervous system handle stress and decision-making.
- Coaching and Mediation: Practical tools to improve communication, resolve conflict, and build accountability.
- Nature and Experiential Learning: Stepping away from the desk to break old habits and gain a fresh perspective.
What We Believe
Before leadership theories existed, nature had already figured out how to thrive. A forest does not flourish by forcing every tree to be identical. You are part of that same natural system. Here are the core principles that guide our coaching:
01
Conditions Over Commands:
You cannot force potential. You have to create the right environment for it. Our job is to help you build a workplace where motivation happens naturally.
02
Connection is Essential:
You are shaped by your relationships. A struggling team creates struggling individuals. We focus on building trust and psychological safety so your whole team can thrive.
03
Leadership is Cultivation:
A gardener does not command a plant to grow. They tend the soil. Great leadership is about removing roadblocks and giving your team what they need to succeed.
04
Curiosity Over Judgment:
Judgment shuts down conversation. Curiosity opens it up. We teach leaders to ask better questions and stay open to new information.
05
Your Inner World Matters:
You cannot lead a healthy team if you are constantly stressed and burned out. Self-care is not a luxury. It is a requirement for good leadership.
Our Daily Practices
Philosophy only matters if you can apply it on a stressful Tuesday afternoon. We focus on these daily habits:
- Seeing and Listening: Looking past titles and behaviors to understand the real person in front of you.
- Belonging: Actively making sure every voice in the room is heard and valued.
- Compassion: Holding people accountable while treating them with dignity.
- Stewardship: Leaving your team, your company, and your community healthier than you found it.
- Wonder: Taking time to step back, look at the bigger picture, and remember why your work matters.
Our Commitment to Equity
Our work includes all neurotypes, generations, and backgrounds. We believe that diverse perspectives are essential for good decision-making. We are committed to creating spaces that are fair, inclusive, and deeply human. We continually evaluate our own practices to ensure we are living these values every day.
Is This For You?
Wild Wonder 360 is a good fit if:
- You are navigating a major transition and need a clear head.
- You are tired of surface-level corporate training and want to do deeper work.
- You want to improve your leadership, team dynamics, and personal well-being at the same time.
And it is especially worth a conversation if your organization is experiencing:
- High employee turnover that resists every compensation and culture fix you've tried.
- A post-merger culture clash where two teams still operate like strangers with one nameplate.
- Cross-departmental silos that stall decisions and drain energy from your quarterly goals.
