I had the incredible privilege of working with Mark for a lot of my adult life, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impact our sessions have had on my life. Mark is a truly a nurturing life coach for adults and children. After my personal coaching sessions with Mark, I contacted him regarding my twelve year old daughter, who was dealing with bullying at school. She is a quiet and cautious child, but was able to open up quickly with Mark. He gently guided her to find solutions within herself to be able to effectively respond to the other girl involved as well as gain personal strength while being true to herself. She gained understanding and compassion for her former friend and chose to deal with the situation with love and kindness. She looks forward to her coaching sessions and always ends her sessions with such joy and confidence. To coincide with her sessions, Mark coaches me on how to guide my daughter on this journey as well as other growing pains this stage of life can present. He has recommended numerous resources for information for my husband and I to learn more about conscious parenting. His guidance is transforming. Our coaching sessions are enlightening and invaluable.
